Amanda’s professional work not only exceeded our expectations, but Amanda, as a person, absolutely touched us. We first met Amanda during our tasting at the Four Seasons, months before the wedding. I recall very acutely noticing Amanda at the end of the table as we were trying to decide between dishes. As we sought out the tables’ reaction to dishes, it was Amanda’s gentle words that I valued most. She spoke not in generalities but in specifics that we could tangibly weigh into our decision making. She had fine taste and it showed. Fast forward to our welcome dinner. When my shirt was untucked, Amanda (in what seemed like gliding across the space) gently whispered in my ear that my shirt was untucked in the back, handed me a new glass of rose, and then floated away. It was like a guardian angel. I swear!! I even told her, you’re making me feel like a celebrity. Amanda made me feel special that night.

 

Amanda is a professional. She likes big problems and finding creative solutions. She offers sage advice that feel thoughtful and grounded in experience. She is detailed-oriented. She asserts herself deliberately but with such grace and timing that she’s almost incepting the idea as if it were my own. But most of all, she is kind. She is so incredibly kind.  When you’re already primed for emotions during a wedding, it’s hard to think one would have space for more love. But we absolutely loved Amanda on our big day. She wasn’t just a wedding planner to us. She felt like a friend who really cared about us and our family and friends. As we told Amanda throughout the wedding, we felt a special connection to her and we will cherish our bond forever. We wholeheartedly recommend Amanda.
